Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core has an occasional mission repetition and limited exploration may feel restrictive for some players. However, these minor shortcomings do little to detract from the overall experience.

Save after each chapter and you will come across south points within chapters

Each Southpoint will let you access to missions where you can train and go on Rewards.

Completing missions is the best way to level up Zack.

At the end of chapter 1 you will go back for Angeal. That the save point before you say you ready to continue. Make sure you equip the fire armlet.

And if you have played final fantasy 7 there are few Easter eggs throughout the game, giving you hints on characters from Final Fantasy 7.
